If you are a creator using Deskartify, you may collect information from your own customers, leads, or subscribers through pages hosted on our platform. You are responsible for your own privacy notices, lawful basis, consent practices, and downstream use of that information.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

Account details such as name, email address, password, and profile information.
Billing, subscription, and payment setup information.
Storefront, funnel, checkout, product, file, branding, and domain/subdomain settings.
Customer, lead, and newsletter information submitted through hosted pages, such as name, email, phone number, and custom form responses.
Order-related information, including payment method, payment reference, and fulfillment details.
Support requests, feedback, messages, and other communications.

Information collected automatically

Device and browser information, operating system, and user agent.
Page URLs, referrer URLs, landing paths, timestamps, and feature usage.
Analytics and attribution data such as UTM parameters, anonymous IDs, and session IDs.
IP address information and, where configured, a hashed representation of the client IP for fraud prevention and CRM attribution.

4. Creator-Hosted Pages and CRM Data

If you submit information through a creator's Deskartify-hosted storefront, funnel, checkout page, or newsletter form, that creator may receive and access your information, including lead, customer, order, and CRM records associated with that experience.

Deskartify may process that information to host the page, store the record, deliver files, enable CRM features, measure performance, and support the creator's workflow. The creator is responsible for how they independently use that information outside Deskartify.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information as follows:

With service providers that support hosting, storage, payments, email delivery, analytics, customer support, security, and AI functionality.
With creators who own the storefronts, funnels, checkout pages, newsletter forms, or CRM workspaces through which the information was submitted.
With payment processors and financial providers to complete transactions.
With legal authorities or counterparties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the platform.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
With your consent or at your direction.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, create anonymous or session identifiers, preserve landing and attribution data, analyze traffic, and protect the platform.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, support creators' active accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect Deskartify and its users.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record, including account data, order data, CRM data, lead submissions, support history, and security logs.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Deskartify and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
