Deskartify Licenses

With a Commercial License, you are granted the following rights:

• Use Deskartify digital products and AI-generated content for commercial purposes
• Modify and customize any content to fit your business needs
• Distribute content created with our AI tools (within the terms of resell rights)
• Use our digital products in client projects
• White-label rights on select products (exclusive to Premium subscribers)

A Personal Use License includes the following permissions:

• Use generated content for personal projects only
• Educational and non-commercial use
• Showcase in portfolios or demos

For commercial use, you'll need to upgrade to a Premium Subscription.

Deskartify is built on modern tools and open-source technologies. Some of these include:

• You retain ownership of the content you create with Deskartify tools.
• Please note: AI-generated content may not always be subject to copyright protection.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local and international laws.
• Deskartify reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

• Free Tier Users: Attribution is appreciated but not required.
• Premium Subscribers: No attribution required.
• White-label Users: You may remove all Deskartify branding.
